The methods of determining who gets to be Top Rated are clear. Ratings of 1-5 Stars are awarded by previous guests and clients via online survey, and is an ongoing process with individual ratings evolving based on company performance. Several questions are asked through online surveys to previous guests and they rate the service on a sliding scale according to their experiences. Those ratings are then compiled and submitted for review after client verification. The results are then posted when authenticated. Accuracy, surveys performed, clients per year, and high/low score are displayed publicly.
