Airline Tickets

All flights touch down in Seattle and travelers make the connecting flight on Alaska Airlines to Ketchikan International Airport. Flight time is 1 1⁄2 hours from Seattle to Ketchikan. Call your travel agent, Travelocity, Orbitz or your favorite online ticket agent for flight reservations.

Hotel Reservations

You may need hotel accommodations before or after your adventure. Groups need to call the hotel directly to make reservations. Recommendations are the Best Western - Landing Hotel (907-225-5166), Westmark Cape Fox Lodge (907-225-8001) or the Narrows Inn (907-247-2602.)

Optional Trip Insurance

We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance! Various programs are available to cover baggage loss or theft, medical and travel delay. Call your travel agent for details.

We highly recommend making your reservations early!

Spaces fill quickly, sometimes a year in advance, so don’t wait! Our deposit policy is necessary due to the nature of our high quality, low volume, small group trips, and necessary for long-range planning.

To reserve your space, a 50% deposit is required 10 - days after our office gives you verbal confirmation of your trip date. Final payment is required 60 days prior to trip date. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to date must be paid in full immediately after verbal confirmation by our office of the trip date. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation, and re-booking will then be subject to availability. Cancellations made prior to March 1st will receive a full refund. If a cancellation occurs after March 1st, alternate trip dates may be chosen or booking for the following year will be accepted. Otherwise, a 50% to 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
