Sept 2011 UPDATE!: The 2011 Charter Season for CAC is officially done as of this past weekend! It was an interesting year with lots of new faces along with the consistent regulars and a couple of groups that have returned after an 8-12 year hiatus. Every trip was as unique as the group participating and no two trips experienced the same adventure factors regarding weather, fishing conditions, areas covered, and fish catches. A sincerest thanks to ALL my guests this year and previous for your continued dedicated support, for being positive ambassadors for CAC, and sharing with me your testimonials, photos, and heartfelt sentiments of your excellent Alaska adventures with CAC! I'm very grateful for your business AND friendships made along the way, and hoping to host each and every one of you again someday soon!

New Federal Rule for Halibut in effect April 2011!: For Non-Residents halibut size is limited to less than 37 inches (22.5lbs) and one a day, 2 in possession with fillets cut in only 4 sections preserved with skin on. After a 2 year rate freeze CAC has had to increase rates to keep up with fuel, food, parts, and support services costs, along with a triple increase of Federal (USFS) Permit Fees for shore excursions including freshwater fishing, hiking, nature tours, and wildlife photography! The 2012 rates are $2850 per person with a USFS Permit Fee surcharge of $25 per person.

Resumes are still being accepted for a full time/seasonal chef/stewardess for the 2012 summer season.
